Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Items: Products that have been customized or altered are not eligible for returns.
- Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Carefully package the item(s) and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Direct Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Defective or Damaged Items
- Report Issues: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the defect or damage, receipt of purchase, and description of incident. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Returns
- International Shipping: For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is returned safely.
